I've spent my life so far pursuing music, poetry and art in a bid to discover the driving force that defines me; is me.  The journey has presented many opportunities and insights, revealing much about my inner self.  I endeavour to explore this aspect of my existence further; in everything I do and say.

Although I have crashed many times, -and injured myself in the process,- my life has, on the whole, been very exciting and fulfilling.  I have three beautiful daughters whose development and adaptation to the world around them never ceases to amaze me.

My past involvement with communities and cooperatives has given me a passion to see Campfire succeed where other, similar projects, have failed.  I see my role within the community more as a facilitator, helping others achieve their goals and offering practical advice and assistance where needed.

A short yet thought-provoking poem by the late Leonard Cohen. Capitalisation, punctuation and notation as per the original.

Another 'Bright Sparks' contribution, this time from Emily Drury (don't worry, I won't just be featuring poems from my children, it's just that no one else has submitted), who has written a short poem about being chased.
