I've been compiling, producing and presenting a popular radio show for Global Radio since 2008 on the award winning Chill digital radio station. The name of the show is Eclectronica, a name dreamt up by my wife, Nina. It's a good play on words and kind of encompasses the musical remit, as the show is predominantly devoted to electronic music, but has been known to veer off at tangents on a regular basis. Expect the unexpected.

I've always enjoyed putting together ambient sounscapes as I believe they can serve as utilitarian, multi-purpose tools for a variety of occasions - to create a thinking space. There's a sense that an ambient revival is needed right now in times of global chaos and previously-unimaginable political extremes, a realignment of energies, an environment suited to nuance, to silence, to thoughtfulness and to listening. Perhaps some of the qualities emerging from the female of the species...
